She has earned the title Vice President of Institutional Diversity at the University of Kentucky.

In the year 2017, Dr. Albert was named the NCAA’s Vice President of Inclusion and Human Resources. Prior to the NCAA, she served in places such as University of Minnesota and Louisiana State University.
